We are looking for players to join in a new in-town league this fall. Our spring league is recreational, and the summer league is competitive. Our fall league is intended to be developmental, with an emphasis on learning the game and improving skills. Here are the highlights of this new league:

The season will be six weeks longs, starting September 18th.

The league is open to U12 and U10 age players only (year of birth 1997 to 2000). There is no U14 or U8 option available at this time.

Each team will have a mix of U12 and U10 players.

All games will be played at the Middle School and High School fields.

Teams meet once per week (TBD - targeting Saturdays from 4:00 to 6:00pm).

Team sizes will be small (maximum of 7 players).

This allows more fielding and batting opportunities for each player.

Outfield can be boring! Players will play almost exclusively in the infield.

Players are expected to be committed to participate every week (due to the small team sizes).

Scores are kept for each game, but no standings are kept. Teams will play to win, but coaches will emphasize skill development.
The teams will share the field and participate in drills for the first 45-60 minutes of each session (either as a team, or combined with the other team). They will then play a game for the last 60-75 minutes. Players are expected to attend the entire session, and should not expect to play in the game if they do not attend the practice.
